Stream Studio is a browser-based design tool that allows you to purchase and use ready-made digital design assets — including Twitch panel sets and stream overlays ("Designs") — for use on your personal streaming channels and social media accounts.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
When you complete a purchase through Stream Studio, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased Designs. You are not purchasing software, source code, or intellectual property rights of any kind.

Violation of these restrictions terminates your license immediately.
All prices are displayed in EUR and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your payment details.
Purchases are final upon successful payment confirmation.
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital content.
By downloading or accessing the Designs after purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at support@stream-studio.live and we will resolve it promptly.
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact us at support@stream-studio.live with your order number.

All Designs, graphics, branding, and content available through Stream Studio are owned by or licensed to us. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 3.
The "Stream Studio" name, logo, and domain are proprietary and may not be used without prior written consent.
The Service and all Designs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or the Designs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
